I will blame Nutrisystem for my current mood. Over the last 9 days I’ve stayed so dedicated to this program. I’ve lost a few lbs. It definitely is motivating to continue … HOWEVER, I do not see anything wrong with eating something other than a Chef Boyarde tasting meal … yes they all taste the same. I want a steak … a big, fat, medium rare steak soaked in teriyaki sauce … I’m salivating.
Now for one meal, is that so bad? I don’t think so, I’m not giving up and quiting the diet, I’m just changing the flavor on my palate.
Additionally Brian sometimes makes me feel bad, I know that he’s just trying to be supportive and keep me motivated but right now is not the time. I don’t want his motivational guilt stricken talks, I want a flippin’ steak. Will someone please teach the man for me? I’m at my wits end.

Good luck on your NutraSystem. I love my WW. It is so easy to eat anything you want!! I didn’t have to give up anything, just watch my portions. The first two weeks were the hardest….I lost 10 lbs my first week. 33 lbs in 15 weeks…it’s been slow after that because I thought I could do it without writing everything down. I have started writing again, and started losing!
