If you don’t want them in society bad enough that you choose to keep them locked up forever, lets get rid of them! Here are some modifications I would like to make to California Law. Don’t quote me on this in case I run for president later.

3 time losers: Lets look this bunch over well. Armed Robbery, violent crimes, gang related offenses. We don’t need these people, lets put them on the list. They can have a waiting period.

Attempted murder: Screw this crime. When did we start rewarding failure? Just because somebody has bad aim doesn’t mean they deserve a lighter sentence. Attempted murder is as bad as murder and should be eligible for the death penalty.

Murder in which more than 1 credible witness viewed the crime or a murder of an extremely violent nature (Manson). These people should get front of the line passes.

I may seem crazy, but seriously, nobody likes a cold seat, so lets continuously put some butts in those execution chairs.
